Refunds & Exchanges

We do not accept returns unless your item arrives damaged. Autumn’s Armoire 1619 will cover the cost of such return. In the event that we ship an incorrect item (color, size, etc.), we will cover the cost of your return in exchange for the correct item. Items must be in original package with tags if any, without any stains or signs of usage.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at autumnsarmoire@gmail.com with your order number and photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

ABSOLUTELY no refunds/exchanges on swimwear due to hygiene reasons. We will replace the item if defective or damaged.
